The Opening Ceremony for World Cup 2010 in South Africa Was Held 10th of June in Johannesburg

South Africa’s Minister of Transport Assures That Security Will be a Priority During the World Cup 2010
The safety of those who will attend 2010 World Cup in South Africa is getting more and more exposure and according the organizers of the World Football Championship visitors will be safe in South Africa during the event.
The SA Minister of Transport, Sibusiso Ndebele said at the 2010 National Communication Partnership Conference that the country will do everything necessary to make sure the event will go smooth and be as secure as possible.

Zakumi is young, vigorous, smart and ambitious, and is a real inspiration for the football fans across the world.
